An FMCG firm dealing into instant food & snacks with a turnover of INR 400 crores + was facing issues to create their brand presence in the market despite having an annual advertising spend of nearly INR 20 Cr.

It was concluded that there were inefficiencies in resources hired and its spending budget.The resources were under experienced but given a higher designation at a lower salary which led to discrepancies in handling much serious business-like branding. DB Brand Works helped restructure marketing/brand team and helped the client to hire able talent to lead critical functions. DB Brand Works also suggested a revised marketing budget with suggestive spends measures.

Result:

With the recommendations being implemented, within 2 quarters there was a 25 % jump in lead generation contributing a decent chunk to sales. This apart from the intangible brand visibility.
