Brand Problem:

An IT firm dealing into ERP and analytics solutions based out of Bangalore approached us  to help them re launch their existing key products which despite being present in the market, lacked credibility and sales.

An initial brand audit undertaken internally as well as externally revealed a diminishing brand equity and fading sales for most of the products that the brand represented.

A complete brand audit to arrive with  refreshed brand values. The brand positioning, brand promise, brand personality, brand architecture portfolio for all products were revisited and redefined. Post the rejuvenation, the sales team including distributors and other stakeholders were also trained to disseminate the rejuvenated brand values, mission and vision with the co-ordination of their HR department.

Result:

With the recommendations being implemented, post 3 quarters, there was a jump in sales by nearly 7 % back from the dwindling sales figures.
